I'm a hands-on Finance leader with 10+ years of work experience in Accounting and Controlling/ FP&A ranging from big multinational cooperations over start-ups to scale-ups and grown-ups.
 

Having worked in the FinTech/ InsureTech sector, the semiconductor industry as well as the Tech Education area, I am bringing significant understanding of different industries, business models and team set-ups.

I help founders and businesses creating their business plans and models, understanding the numbers while giving them a story as well as driving and implementing finance processes and tools.
 

By having owned and steered a change management process, implementing new purchasing and finance processes and tools for 600+ employees as well as building up accounting and controlling teams from scratch, I gained tremendous experience and knowledge in managing financials of the company and leading teams.
